About the orders
A confirmation email of your order will be sent to you after you confirm your order. And your will receive an update email on the tracking number of your order once it’s shipped. Please put us in your safe senders list in case our emails going into your junk box. Your order will be shipped the same day if you placed your orders before our cut-off time. And we offer various shipping methods for your orders.
About the returns
Since every product is under warranty, please feel free to contact us for a shipping label to send them back when you have any returns. You will get store credit for the returns based on our return policy.
