Please note that we will issue a refund based on the current selling price of the returned product, which will then be credited to your account balance. Typically, we offer exchanges as most companies prefer to receive their replacement products as soon as possible.Please let us know in advance or in the warranty order that you would like a refund instead of an exchange.

Lifetime Warranty Plus

For all the MP+ / VX screens and iPad digitizers, we offer a special lifetime warranty to cover all the LCD/OLED breakage and flex cable damage. 100% covered for the returns. As our customer, you don’t need to worry about anything about the returns.Store credit will be applied to the accounts as an up-to-date selling price.

Lifetime Warranty

All screen assemblies, digitizers and replacement spare parts are backed by a lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects. The lifetime warranty does not cover technician damages, physical damages, internal cracks, and incidental damages. Store credit will be applied to the accounts as an up-to-date selling price.

One-year Warranty

All our batteries are covered with a one-year warranty. As long as there is no physical damage to the battery, we will cover any defects that may occur with the battery purchased within a year.

30-day Warranty

All our tools and accessories are supplied with a 30-day guarantee for manufacturing defects. The defective item will be covered within 30 days of purchase when it’s unused.If the order is placed by mistake or is not needed anymore etc., it can still be returned in 15 days.

These time limitations begin on the date you received your shipment. Please make sure that each accessory is placed in the original box. Unfortunately, even if we try our best, if you exceed the given time limit, we cannot proceed with a refund.

Return Process

1.Log in to your account and go to “My Account”.

2.Click on “Return”.

3.Select “Submit New RMA”.

4.Fill out all the necessary fields, including the product ID/name, quantity, and reason for the return.

5.Select the address you will be sending the product from.

Generally, it will take us 3-5 business days to process your return, but we always strive to complete the process as soon as possible. If you have not received an update on your return within this period, please contact
